AI models for large 3D microscopy datasets

At Gubra we combine stunning 3D tissue visualizations with image analysis to extract valuable quantitative information to aid drug discovery and development. In this webinar we investigate how to utilize pre-trained models to efficiently build new and robust segmentation models for large 3D microscopy data sets.


Casper Salinas Casper has worked 10 years with image analysis of data from light sheet fluorescence microscopy systems. In his PhD he focused on the construction and use of a 3D mouse brain atlas to study pharmaceuticals with mode of action in the brain. Today, Casper works as department manager of AI Technology, a department that used AI for image analysis and peptide development.
