- which cookies we use
What are ‘cookies’?
Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit a website. They make it possible to collect information about which pages you visit and which functions you have used.
There are basically two types of cookies – session cookies and persistent cookies:
- Session cookies are linked to the current visit to a website and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies are stored and automatically renewed every time you visit a website. These cookies make it possible to ‘recognise’ you when you return to that page. However, persistent cookies delete themselves again after a certain period.
At the bottom of this page is a table which includes all of the cookies used on the website and in respect each the relevant type of cookie is stated.
Necessary cookies make the website usable by enabling basic functions, such as remembering your cookie settings. These cookies are technically necessary for the website to function. Therefore, they cannot be disabled.
Statistical cookies are used to analyse the use of the website and to help us improve the website in terms of, among other things, design, usability and efficiency.
Functional cookies are used on the website so that we can customise the content on it to better reflect your your interests and needs.
Please note that some cookies on the website are placed on your device by third parties engaged by us for the purposes described above. For a more detailed overview, please refer to the table at the bottom of this page.
